Current Champion, John Higgins is a very close secoond favourite this year to Ronnie O’Sullivan, having had a stellar season of results, without being particularly spectacular.
However Ronnie has proven most dangerous in the past when coming in cold, so to speak. Over the longer matches the cream should rise to the top. 7/2 on Ronnie winning is certainly a massive price. He should really be going off at 6/4, given the obvious class difference between him and the field.
